This building will be constructed from the program of a hotel and 5 condominium units on a site connected to the beach in the town of Hayama in Kanagawa Prefecture. From the narrow front avenues bordering the site on 2 sides come the oblique lines of the plan and from the shadow-line regulations come shape limitations in the struggle to maximize volume. Thus from a white mass standing on the seaside, a 'Casba' will be sculpted.
