Types. —Holotype, UMUT-PA-7279.
Type locality. —A cutting on a trail for wooden sleigh on the left side of the Ichinotani valley, a tributary of the Osobudani, Fukuji, Kamitakara-mura, Yoshiki-gun, Gifu Pref. (Devonian Takaharagawa Formation, calcareous sandstone).
Known occurrence. —Known only from the type locality.
