The University of Tokyo has a collection consisting of more than 6 million items, 2.5 millions of which are stored in the University Museum. The items of historical and academic importance are to be made open to the public apart of the "University of Tokyo Collection" and the present research discovered many additional objects. All of them are evidential matters handing down the over 120 years of education and research at the Univeristy of Tokyo and the dust accumulated on them suggests to the viewers the weightof a long history.
