Note  3:  No.  0166,  0167,  0168  stamped  on  the  sheet,  respectively.
Note  4:  Lectotype  designated  by  Ito  (1959)  [as  “Holotype”].
Note  5:  Probable  syntype  at  TAIF  (TAIF  1246),  according  to  Chiou  et  al.  (2000).
