Note The  holotype  which  was  collected  from  Formosa.    Taihoku,  Kinkwaryo.,  (T.  Ito,  1915  May)  is  not  traced,  but  Hayata  (1919)  cited  this  neotype  (without  designation  of  any  'typus')  when  he  corrected  a  part  of  the  original  description.
