Type. —Holotype by monotypy (UMUT PA0900, Kobayashi, 1934b, pl. 4, fig. 14; Pojeta and Runnegar, 1976, pl. 11, fig. 14) from the Clarkella zone of the Chiktong Limestone of the Chosen Group at Saisho-ri, Taebaeksan (Taihakusan) area, Kangwon-do (Kogen-do), South Korea.
Age and distribution. —Lower Ordovician (Arenigian or Llanvirnian). Known only from the type locality.

Age and distribution. —Upper Carboniferous (Moscovian). Known only from the type locality.
